1. Grant of License

By purchasing or downloading this product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the included digital content for personal, non-commercial use only.

All content remains the intellectual property of Radio Retrofuture.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

• Download and store the files on your personal devices

• Print materials for personal gameplay use (e.g., character sheets, cards, maps)

• Use the content in private tabletop sessions, including online play

• Create physical items (e.g., miniatures, prints) for personal use only

3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT, without explicit written permission:

• Sell, resell, license, or commercially distribute the files or derived content

• Share, upload, or distribute the files publicly (including torrents, forums, or file-sharing platforms)

• Use the content in commercial products, crowdfunding campaigns, or paid services

• Modify, repackage, or redistribute the files as your own work

4. Print & Manufacturing Restrictions

• You may print or manufacture items for yourself only

• You may NOT sell printed materials, 3D prints, or derivatives of this content without written permission.

• Commercial printing or fulfillment is strictly prohibited

  
  

5. Content Integrity

You may modify files for personal use, but:

• You may not remove copyright notices

• You may not redistribute altered versions without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Termination

This license is automatically revoked if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all digital files and destroy any printed copies.

8. No Warranty

This product is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, printers, or software.

9. Limitation of Liability

Radio Retrofuture / Association of Ishtar is not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from use or misuse of the files

• Printing or manufacturing errors

• Loss of data or compatibility issues

10. Updates & Changes

We reserve the right to update this agreement at any time. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
